K.Gudi Wilderness Camp is set within the Biligiriranganatha Swamy Temple (BRT) Tiger Reserve, offering an immersive wildlife experience with jeep safaris and bird watching, providing opportunities to see tigers, leopards, elephants, and a variety of bird species; the camp’s location within the forest ensures a close affinity with its wildlife.

The main building of K.Gudi Wilderness Camp, constructed in the 1930s, served as a retreat for the Maharaja and his entourage during hunting expeditions in the dense forests, and was used by British officers and local royals; it reflects a blend of colonial and traditional Mysore architectural styles, preserving its historical essence while offering modern amenities for guests.

Program (3Days)

Offering an immersive wildlife experience with jeep safaris and bird-watching, the camp provides opportunities to see tigers, leopards, elephants, and a variety of bird species. Its location within the forest ensures a close affinity with the wildlife.

ITERNARY

Day 01

Arrival in Bangalore, followed by relaxation; early morning breakfast and departure towards K.Gudi (the first camp) at 7:30 AM.

Day 02

Upon arrival at K.Gudi (BRT Tiger Reserve) in the morning, guests will check in, followed by lunch and an orientation and briefing about the reserve in the afternoon; in the evening, embark on a safari, return to the camp, and enjoy dinner.

Day 03

Morning safari followed by breakfast around 9-9:30 AM, lunch in the afternoon, evening safari, return to the camp, and dinner.
